1)I have you saying this and I have an “American” media association saying otherwise (put yourself in my shoes will ya?).
2)Again I can’t make such a statement branding every single individual in Europe as being racist. There is quite a fraction that is there though I can’t deny it (e.g. the police officer who shot the husband because he thought he was the source of the problem! his logic: ya being brown means you are more likely to have started the problem than holding a knife!!!).
3)You are probably right. What I meant was there would’ve been much more attention directed towards the issue.
4)I agree.

1) the report about hate crime in America is useless and meaningless , there is no hate crime, because Freedom is deeply rooted in USA , and there some neo-cons try and spend millions to import such Euro-Trash , it wouldn’t fly here
2) EUROPE IS RACIST : make no doubt about it , it’s not only about the basic human rights of it’s immegrante population, but build on the reaction to create this world wide image of clash between the Islam and the West , I am afraid you fall in that
3) the German court will not use capital punishment , even if the victim is a Jewish and the crime is more brutal , that’s given
4) What I am saying do exactly what the Jewish will do in this case : because the measures I demand is quite reasonable and achievable , the more extreme in civic demands the better

@Riskability First of all I’d like to disagree with your first statement of America not letting something like this happen, for more info about that click here(2005 data, I am sure the curve kept rising throughout the bush regime). I wouldn’t say Europe is racial, that would be stereotyping. Stereotyping, the same curse that haunts us and that lead to the shooting of the husband. Most people we hear about as “Mostashreqeen” are actually European, from the same country a German doctor who authored “Warum tötest du, Zaid?”. I am not saying they are angels, they are people just like us with their good, their bad and their ugly. If there is any right to be gotten for the young lady we should seek it and not expect it to be given back on a silver platter. People say if this was an israeli girl who got stabbed they would’ve sentenced the killer to maximum punishment. I say they probably would’ve but not because they are in love with israel, its because of what they would’ve done (Economy – media – jewish lobby pressure -… etc) even if this didn’t happen -i am sure it would’ve though- I doubt any of their ministers would come up with any of the comments we’ve been hearing the last couple of days. I agree there must be an apology and a confession (the police officer who shot the husband represents the state of Germany after all). The measures you are demanding are quite extreme but the event itself is no less extreme so yes something amongst these lines should be done.

امريكا لن تسمح بحدوث هذه الجريمة ولن تتساهل في أي مرحلة من مراحل حدوثها (فالرأي العام والقوانين المرعية فيما يتعلق بحرية الدين والمعتقد مكفولة للجميع) ..اوروبا مختلفة تماما , فهنالك عنصرية وتأجيج رأي عام ضد الاسلام والمسلمين لنقل مسكوت عنه (مع علمنا انه مقصود وموجه ومدعوم) عدم فهم محاور العمل وامكانيات الفعل هو هدر لدم الشهيدة بدعوى التعاطف معها (الذي هو عمليا تعاطف مع ذات منغلقة على نفسها وتخوض معارك وهمية تتخيل بلاءها فيها)
ما هو غير ممكن : ان تحكم المحكمة باعدام القاتل ارضاء للمسلمين , فهي لن تطبق ذلك على جرائم ابشع وعلى ضحايا غير مسلمين , ليكن ذلك مفهوما
ما هو ممكن :
ان تعترف اوروبا بمسؤوليتها عن الجريمة بتساهلها مع نشاطات متتالية ومتراكمة شكلت ارضية لهذه الجريمة , وظهر بوضوح تساهل الاجهزة الامنية في كل مرحلة من مراحل الجريمة
وعليه فعلى اوروبا ان تتقدم للانسانية باعتراف (ليس اعتذار) وخطوات مراقبة لاقتلاع هذه العنصرية يشترك فيها (من رئيس الدولة الى مدرس المدرسة)
اطلاق اسم الشهيدة على هذا البرنامج الاوروبي الواجب تطبيقه
التعويض لذوي الشهيدة بأقصى ما متاح قانونيا دون تساهل او تسوية
تخصيص شرطي لمرافقة كل مسلم في ذهابه وايابه للمسجد خمس مرات يوميا حماية للامن (مسؤولية اساسية اولى لاي سلطة) .. حتى يؤدي البرنامج اعلاه نتائج ايجابية ملموسة
